Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns of undamaged holdNpop in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Service team at info@holdnpop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Carefully pack your item(s), including all original packaging and accessories, and include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please ensure the package is insured and trackable, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is undamaged. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different model or color, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. If there is a price difference between the original and the exchanged item(s), we will charge or refund the difference to your original payment method.
